Dr. Wall in Spanish fork. His practice is called advanced spinal care. Instead of doing they typical poppin method he has a machine tht reads Which vertebrae is out of place and then he puts a cushioned thing on top of it and it bounces until it puts it back in it's position. You then go and do some excercises to build muscle to hold it in place. It's the most effective method. I'm going to be a chiropractor because of the results I saw from him.

A few years ago when Burke and I got rear ended, we went to Alpine Spinal Rehab. They have their own massage place called Body Works Bliss. They did awesome deep tissue massages and we loved it. It's $60 for an hour session. I have also had some great massages at UCMT in Lindon and that is really cheap.
