Go to https://www.facebook.com/107541709310126 Summit Spa & Float, I promise you will fall in love with it and won't regret it one single bit. You can join their monthly membership for $50 or $60, I can't remember off the top of my head, it just comes out of my bank account monthly and I am so excited when it does. You get 1 hour service included.

Warning! There has been a huge uptick in cheap massages from individuals saying they are massage therapist when they aren't actually licensed. The range I have seen for established, quality therapists is $50-75 for an hour massage. $45 for those trying to grow their business. Hometown Healthcare in Salem has 3 full time ones experienced in spa, car accident and athletic inury massages $55. Victoria Turpin

I highly recommend Dr. Adam Idsinga with Valley Chiropractic. He helped me so much with my hip.I was on the eve of needing surgery. I was deathly afraid of seeing a chiro. He was/is incredible to work with. He listens and adjusts accordingly. He doesn't make you sign up for a plan or a certain amount of visits. If you're uninsured/insurance doesn't cover, the charge is I believe $35. May be less. He's great! I have many other friends who feel the same way. Here's his #: 8018949633

agreed, Zachary Gee has me on a tight schedule, I'm not sure I want to risk missing a few days... but I know I could get to the next tier pretty easily so I'm kinda itching to know how far I could get if I really pushed myself.... I hate this stuff, be smart and stay focused on real goals... or get distracted by the 'fun' of the open
