There are so many recipe for ducks. Google for Cantonese duck, Peking Duck. Try allrecipes.com, foodnetwork.com, or even pinterest. So many to choose from but difficult to decide because they all sound good. You can maybe try youtube to help step by step for cooking roast duck. Good luck :)
