I was very happy with [Kerry Fox](http://www.kerryfoxlaw.com) . My purchase became unexpectedly VERY complex at the last minute due to some financial/personal issues with the seller, and she smoothed it all out and managed to make it a non-issue for me. I'd happily use her again. Her office is in the Centrepointe area.

I'll add my two cents as well - Peter Hamilton at Hamilton Appotive - http://www.haclaw.com/ We were really happy with him for the reasons everyone else was happy with theirs - plain English, knows his stuff, very friendly.

Used Jacques Roberts. Seemed pretty straightforward, no issues. But it was just for a simple closing on a new build.
