Immediately after meeting with them, I felt a HUGE weight off my shoulders! They met with us for free, in my home, and already have us on the right path.. The online tools aren't that precise but companies like SDL offer paid service online that connects you with an actual professional human translator. We used them when I worked at the bank and they are very good http://www.freetranslation.com/en/professional-translation If it is an important document, whatever you do, don't go to a "friend's sister's brother's friend". Results can be disasterous...been there.
