TLC pediatrics! Dr Lacy and Dr VanWert are amazing! Lacy was with Interlachen, but opened TLC. It is a small practice, but under Nemours now. Never wait long and can usually get an appointment the same day or the next. My kids actually enjoy going to the Doctor!

Dr. Savona was MY pediatrician over thirty years ago... and he's been treating my kids for the last 13 years. He's spot on every time and has never let us down. I highly recommend him.

Samuel Smith with Interlachen. I just love him. After I had given birth to my son Joey, the staff at Arnold Palmer said that I should have him as my pediatrian (Interlachen was suggested by my obstetrician). They were there when he did his internship and they said that he was the most caring, smart, compassionate doctor that they had ever seen. My son is ten now and aside from emergencies when I just need a doctor - I go exclusively to him. But any doctor at Interlachen is wonderful. Plus with the fact that there are so many doctors, you get many second opinions. The support staff is warm, caring and friendly I am able to get an appointment for emergencies. They have Saturday hours that I can pick up prescriptions at

Dr. Selsky at Family First http://familyfirstpeds.com/ he is a Hematologist/Oncologist but now he just opened his own General pediatric office!!! When you call before/after hours, it goes directly to his cell phone! Love it! I had experience with Interlachen and Dr. Weist and they are good but I really like more this "new" dr in town. Good luck!

Sadiq Mandani, Oviedo Children's Health. He is associated with Florida Hospital. I truly love that man! All medical staff are excellent. In over three years only one MA has left= very low staff turn over.

I am a healthcare provider who worked at a local hospital and became pregnant. I asked the nurses in the maternity unit who they would recommend if they needed a pediatrician and they suggested Dr. Savona. I have never been disappointed, he is absolutely wonderful! Have been with him for 12 years!

I recommend Central Florida Pediatrics in Lake Mary. They are all female physicians who are mom's too. I especially picked them as they were great role models for my girls.

I take my kids to Sunshine Pediatrics..Dr Rich Rodriguez. He is AMAZING. His whole staff is! They are a little drive though, in Maitland, but he is very vaccine friendly too!

There's a new pediatrician at Nemours Children's Oviedo, Dr. Burns, on red bug by Slavia. I love her so far and the office.

Interlachen all the way! Been with Dr Fisk since the day my son was born almost 15 years and through emergencies and yearly check ups could not ask for more thorough and loving care! They are never in a hurry and when your child is sick you can trust that any of the other doctors (especially Drs Aguilar and Smith) will be just as loving and thorough! And a great, responsive office staff!

Richard Dycus is the best!!!! I have been seeing him for years. Dr Eugenio Vano saw my son from birth to 18 yrs, but he is about 30 minutes from Oviedo, in Winter Park. He is definitely worth the drive. My nephews and nieces went to him as well. Love love love him. Never, in all those years, was he to busy for you to bring your sick child in. Not a single time.

Hi!:) Did you decide where you want to move yet? We've been here 8 months now and we've found Interlachen Pediatrics to be great. They have two locations, one in Oviedo and one in Maitland. Another great thing is that every day the first hour they're open, is walk-in for minor illnesses, you don't need an appointment! It's from 8-9 am, we have found that service to be fantastic! As I told you before there is a house for sale in our neighborhood in Oviedo, you should just buy that one!:D:D:D:D:D

I love Dr. Ward and Dr. Aguilar at Interlachen Pediatrics. They never prescribe unnecessary meds and always listen to me like I'm an intelligent person (I have been to docs where they dismiss you very quickly). US News & World Report should have rankings of hospitals on your area. I would make sure the doctor you like is affiliated with a good hospital. You don't want to find a doctor you like locally only to find out their hospital affiliation is an hour away...
