Yohann is based at DW Fitness in Oxford and does lots of classes there, but if you want some one to really give you a kick up the backside Simon at DW Fitness is the one to see (hes the guy who Paul uses)

You can buy sets of shipping boxes on amazon.co.uk. Alternatively, you can check with stores in the area. Boswells as Martin suggested--or grocery stores/supermarkets usually have lots, and are more than happy to get rid of them if you ask. You can probably also try department stores like M&S or Debenhams. Maybe also try bookstores.
Aaah! No decent personal trainer would ever suggest following a plan like juice plus. Tablets can't and won't ever be a good replacement for whole foods!...... amd no I...

I took Jack to McDonalds yesterday. That's good for kids! I'm guessing herbal life isn't high on your to do list either!! Seriously. People just think it's a quick fix. As soon as you start eating proper food again the weight will come back. Just make sensible choices and get outside! Vitamin D is the best one of all!
