I'm run half marathons. Any chiropractor will tell you that running is torturous to your back, and if running hurts you, then stop. I still run, and i haven't had and major back issues in a while. It's mainly my neck that gives me issues. But I initially saw Dr Wade for low back problems and he took care of them.
