Go to an actual Physical Therapist.... AKA a real doctor. I go to semmes murphy. They can and will pop your back and stuff, but also will find the underlying reasons why you are experiencing back pain and train you to strengthen those areas so you no longer have the pain. You need a doctor referral because its, again, a real doctor... but your PCP will very easily give you a referral
