Shelly Proffitt every couple of months the Chester county SPCA will neuter pits and pit mixes for a HUGE discounted price. I PAID $20 FOR NEUTER, AND ALL VACCINES ON PIT MONTH for my mix

Google clinics in your area. Anne Arundel county has a couple that will spay/neuter for anywhere between $75-120 plus offer vaccines at only a few dollars each.
