Dr. Palmer or Jardula. The trouble is with the ancillary staff. The medical assistants can be difficult, remember they are the ones who take appts, schedule follow-ups, send or report labs, schedule tests, etc. Can be a hard bunch to work with. Everything starts with "NO." I will leave Desert Oasis next year because of the management or lack there of. Personally, I have had a couple of very scary events due to lack of follow-up.

Thanks to both of you. I checked our plan and Dr. Kruppe isn't on it but as Richard said, we may need to go outside of the network. Keep the suggestions coming, this is great and very appreciated.

I second Vic's recommendation for Dr. Erik Palmer. He is attentive, listens and is the best I have found here. And I have tried many doctors here. Also easy to get in to see if it's urgent.
