I have been to several. I've discovered that any Chiro can adjust you, in and out, done in 5 minutes. But I want someone who can do more than that. I want someone who knows a lot of different ways to make my ankles better, my wrists, my TMJ and I want someone who can adjust my daughter without yanking on her neck and pouncing on her back lol That scares her. So far my favorite is Tyler Jorgensen. He's got a very subtle thing he does that makes your whole hip/sciatica are balanced and pain free. Only one I know who can do that. And his techniques are GENTLE. No yanking or pouncing necessary, but if that's what you want he can do that too. his # is 907-357-7463, he's in Dr. DeSalvo's office (who is also really good) at Seward Meridian and Bogard.

LOVE Dr. Englebrecht at Arctic Chiropractic. He's on the Palmer-Wasilla highway on the Palmer side. He flew to Galena to adjust folks here back in the day, and now he's the guy I go to whenever I am on the road system. My sister loves the care she receives there too. He's very intuitive, knowledgeable, friendly, loves people & loves the Lord. Best chiropractic care I've had in a very very long time... LOVE!

CrossFit Grizzly at the AT&T sports center. I thought that I was pretty fit after a summer of consistent working out, but apparently not! This CrossFit stuff is no joke, but I can see why people like it. The community and camaraderie are awesome.
