Dr. Lucas across from walmart. He does X-rays on the initial visit, and is very old fashioned. He sticks to bone manipulation and doesn't use a lot of the gadgetry that's out there. He doesn't require follow ups unless you want them and is almost always willing to squeeze you in at short notice. Love him!

I have a similar long term problem with my neck and shoulder, and from experience I think your going to need some massaging. Chiropractic adjustment alone doesn't deal with the problem for me.

Try an Osteopath. Generally speaking my dealings with Chriopractors have been sketchy at best and they keep you coming back. An Osteopath is a medical Dr who also does adjustments, Dr. Nystrom at Odland Family Practice is awesome.

I like Bionic in Palmer. Friendly, professional, and flexible. Hawkins listens to what I say instead of just doing a standard kind of routine.

I'm a new chiropractor in the area, and I went to see Arctic Chiropractic in Palmer for an adjustment and a 1 hr massage. Dr. Engelbrecht was awesome (and taught me a few things). My 1 hr massage was with their male therapist, which I was hesitant about at first, but it was also great. He did exactly what I asked and was very professional. I haven't been to any other offices here yet, but I can say that I had such a great experience that I will likely continue just going to this office to stay up on my maintenance.

Jessica is the massage therapist that Casey S. introduced me to years ago and I haven't been to a chiropractor since- she is a miracle worker! one hour = $65 (I couldn't stand straight up because of a herniated disk- 1 hr later and I was walking like a human again!!!)
