Email bartelsbe@gmail.com. She offers a class at 11:00 am on Mondays and Tuesdays at St Peter and Paul. $5.00 per class. Mostly more mature ladies and she can even show you how to do poses in a chair. Come whenever you want.

Kelly Conner Hughes teaches yoga at health nutz. She's wonderful. Her class can be whatever level you need it to be, as she gives variations of each pose and stretch.
