Stefanie Yancey Melton $70.00 includes thoroughly inspect all electrical and mechanical components, chemically cleanse coils to insure maximum airflow and proper efficiency. If it's a furnace check all safety switches, flue pipe for co2. Check all amp draws to make sure equipment is operating normally, check refrigerant levels, check delta t to make sure airflow and charge is right. If any parts or refrigerant is needed that is extra. Low on refrigerant means there is a leak in your system so we would pin point that leak and repair. Anything extra would definently be discussed and gone over with you first.
