Mel - when I first started having back problems, I too went to a chiropractor.... and not saying they can't help, but sometimes you need to see an actual specialist to get relief and a game plan other than adjustments... just saying. And maybe you have / or do go that route. I highly recommend NE Spine Institute - Dr. John McClellan.

We LOVE Dr. Matt Davis, with Davis Chiropractic 132 nd near Bakers. He treats myself cause I had lower back pain, and stiffnes in my back. My 5 year old for some constipation, our 3 1/2 year old for wetting and ear infections, and our baby who had Acid Reflux but he has helped TONS with that too! He is so great with families!

I've been to Dr. Kevin at Kosak Chiropractic on 144 th & Maple (he's very gentle and wonderful) and currently see Dr. Laura at Downtown Chiropractic on 24 th & Douglas (she's fabulous). I take both of my kids to Dr. Laura, too.

We go to Dr. Brett at Mouw Chiropractic in Council Bluffs. He is moving this week to Mason City Iowa, but all the doctors there are great.

I love Dr. Hansen at Essentials & so do my 2 little girls. Her massage therapists & receptionists are AMAZING too. The whole office is so welcoming & nice. I don't know what I would do after a physically strenuous birth without Kate!

I know most of the doctors mentioned above and would recommend them. My suggestion would be to find someone close to home or work so that it is convenient for YOU. I love seeing all the love for chiropractors in these comments! And if you are close to 120 th & Blondo, Koca Chiropractic is an awesome place to be...they have been voted The Best in Omaha every single year, too:)

Where do you live? Hagen Chiropractic in CB is awesome and Maline Chiropractic in Elkhorn is really good too!

We love Thompson Chiropractic just south of 144 th & Q. They specialize in pediatric chiropractics and Dr. is so personable and friendly.

He gets so excited when I tell him we're going to see her. She is such a good listener and the environment is so relaxing. We joke that just walking into her office is like therapy! lol

Dr Hagen treated our 6 week old when she had colic. He was a godsend! I had never been to a chiropractor before and he treated her the first time. She went home and slept for 6 hours after that. He even worked us in that day because I called and was in tears. After that he began seeing our entire family. The only reason we don't see him anymore is because we have moved to Gretna. He is a wonderful man and a great chiropractor!

Dan Hagen is truly wonderful! One of my favorite chiropractors! Also in council bluffs are the docs at Mouw Family Chiropractic who are incredible as well. Both have tons of experience with pediatrics.

hmmm.. I hurt my neck at work, and the Cranio Therapist did wonders. Take ibuprofen and Chiropractors are great at what they do.. try it!
