We go to LaVista Chiropractic....it is 72 and Giles. It is a husband and wife team (Nick and Lindsey Snyder) who are Christians and make you feel like family. I know it isn't Bellevue, but definitely worth the 10 min drive. They also work with payment plans for those without insurance. I've gone to Hoogeveen and like him as well, we decided with the other one simply b/c they were more kid friendly.

I go to Spinal Balance Health Center on 144 & Q- Dr. Drew Drummond-NUCA. no direct manipulation of back-based on getting your alignment straight manipulating the axis bone at top of spine in your neck.
