I use Royalty Cleaning regularly and had them do a deep clean as well and they are great! For a really deep clean on carpets, floors, and tile, though, I like to do a once a year with Stanley Steamer. I know some people don't like them, but I've always found the service great and the price decent. I also like that they do wood and tile - and usually they can be scheduled really quickly.
