We ended up going with Central Garage Door because they were listed on our garage - they came out immediately to get our cars out, they had 2 springs made at some location in the valley to replace our 1 spring that broke, they fixed all the other broken pieces, they lubed it all up. It did cost $275 but we should be good to go for a while now...if they couldn't come immediately, I was going to call one of your recommendations! Thanks!
