I have some friends that like Dr Helms@Northside. Personally we left Northside for Dr Jotani in the hospital for all medical. Now the answer to your first question is I dont know and need to find one myself for a friend who has been searching as well. I do know that East side Mental Health does but she said she did not like it there and wanted more personal. Hope this helps.

I take my son to Noah's Ark Child and Family Treatment Center in Birmingham. They are great. They set you up with a psychiatrist, psychologist, and a therapist. The therapist makes home visits twice or more a month depending on your needs. PM me for the number if you are interested.
