Trish I understand exactly what you mean. I highly recommend Deshan Gross at Central Alabama Spine Center. I went 3 days a week before meeting him. Now I go about once every 3-6 months. He was the first chiropractor to actually fix my back rather than just doing enough to keep me coming back. He doesn't do all that other stuff that I've seen so many others trying to sell.

Dr. Mark Hadley at UAB is the absolute best and is able to do minimal invasive back surgery. Whatever, y'all decide just PLEASE see a NEURO surgeon for your back AND NOT an orthopedic surgeon. That's the best advice I can give you as a health care professional.

Dr Benjamin Fulmer is the ABSOLUTE BEST, He is a Neurosurgeon, He specializes in Brain surgery but also spinal surgery.. He did my back surgeru in 2009 and I was well in 3 months, I haven't had any problems since. Dr Frosina got me in with him. He used to come up here to the Hospital Outpatient Clinic but not sure if he still does.. His number is 205-986-5200.

1 st off don't just go to a "back doctor" find a good neuro doc! But if you see a neurosurgeon that's what you'll most likely get surgery, (surgeon) Ive had 9 back and neck surgeries, 3 level, and a 2 level. Dr. Martin Jones at Brookwood is real good, but I would exaust every conservative treatment avenue before opting for surgery!

I use Dr. Gallung. He is great and he comes to Northside Medical every Tuesday. But his office is at St. Vincents East. The # is 205-838-3900. He did my back surgery almost 4 weeks ago. It was a rough 1 st couple of weeks. But now im much better... no complaints!

I go to Dr. Stubbs ion Moody! Have been going to her for years! She keeps me going! Could not hardly walk into her office the 1 st day but walked out in no pain! I go EVERY month!

Dr. Faulkner had recommended one for me to see. I'll get the info. Dr. Faulkner is a wonderful Neuro surgeon I worked with for years! I trust him completely!! You don't want to just see any chiropractor. A lot of them are quacks and will f*** you up even more!!!

Dr Gingles in Sylacauga I'm not familiar with your condition, but I'm sure he is. I have degenerative disc disease! I'm very stubborn and have been under chiropractic care for the past 20 yrs. People Dr from all around GA, Clay Co, Alexander City, Birmingham to name a few. I was driving to clay co for care,but when i git to the point i couldn't take that ride a dear friend referred me here. It's not a fancy building. 20$ in and out no appt needed. The cheap care didn't change make my mind up the results and testemonies. I have been in care for 2 yrs he was honest i needed surgery from 2 hurniated disc low back was a great success just shaved disc off my static nerve. Now i'm preparing for neck surgery. I had these problems before his care. He was just honest enough to say we are fighting a losing battle shave them off.
