At Total Body Fitness in Riverside we have new cardio equipment and are in the process of painting the locker rooms and adding new carpet. We typically have a “January Special” but don’t know the details yet.

We have just invested in a massive modernization in PC and I think we have an amazing community of members there along w state of the art equipment and amenities that no other brand can offer. We have 1500 stores in the USA and if you’re a member here- you’re a member at all of them. I’d love to tour you in our facility- I really think you’ll love it! They have very reasonable prices that include 24/7 gym access and unlimited group fit classes like Zumba, Total Body Pump, Power Step, Pilates, Spin, and SilverSneakers. They also have an awesome trainer and it is a very clean facility. 2053387400 is the number there.

I would wait for Platnet Fitness. I've had a membership with Bender's for a year & I can never go & work out after work cause there are so many ppl in there & really don't like the environment!! It was a waste of money!! -Ang

Gold's Gym at the colonnade has a kids play ground area, I think its included with the price. I poked my head in there to just look around once, there is a lot of stuff for the kids to do and they have someone there to supervise them. Seems like its mostly elementary school aged kids though. I am not sure if the Golds Gym at Vestavia or Pelham has the same thing
