If you have a sprayer, buy some Demon WP on Amazon and spray the perimeter of your house and windows. I have an unhealthy fear of those roaches and this stuff makes them disappear. Gold Web put little holes in the wall by the outlets and sprays in the walls. In your case they might just have to take the outlet covers off and spray and put them back on since you don't own the place. give them a call. here is their website. I had Critter Gitter and they did a fine job for both racoons in the attic and outside the house. But it was $625. Said he was giving me a deal, but I don't know as I did not get other estimates. They put out baited cages and traps and said they would return any time I needed them for 6 months. I think the neighbors' pond and chickens were the attraction, but I was the one paying the bill.
