Btw, we use a plumber who also lives in Pequannock Township, name of the company is Anderson Drainworks..he is awesome & EXTREMELY fair pricing, even when coming out on a Sunday night about 9 pm!!! His name is Rick (Anderson) & I wouldn't bother mention ing any name if didn't know that he did great work for VERY fair prices,has done plumbing work more than 5 times over past 5-10 yrs & always think its great if possible to help out others in our community. Will grab his card when post again info tomorrow re:HVAC guy.

Sorry to b writing once again,lol, but just realized you needed a roofer also..know a GREAT roofer, has done my entire families roof & from there neighbors & friends of each of ours. He did ours about 5 yrs ago & still looks amazing & have never had a ny problems!! After THE hurricane we had a very small leak & he came out immediately & fixed & cked all around, a nail had lifted a bit from the high winds, but spent at least an hour cking all over roof to make sure all else were ok & didnt charge a dime!! He's from Saddle Brook & besides doing really great work, he's an overall really nice guy and also extremely fair pricing. Starr Construction-Roofing Contractor, 973-340-2453, his name is John Mackanin (if u do call 2 set up free estimate, u can tell him u got his name from my husband Kevin,who live in L.P, & he did our roof & that Kevin said to say he the one who works w/ his friend Bob H. at Trane, & that he also did my parents roof, who live diagonally across the street, I'm sure that's more than enough info for him to remember us. I say this cause I have found it helps when they know u aren't just cold calling from Internet, etc). I also had just got out my phone book & have Rick (Plumber) from "Anderson's Drainworks" #973-839-8770 & also 201-451-0111 (assuming his cell if u don't reach at 1 st number). Will get back with HVAC info tomorrow. Again best of luck. All recommendations come EXTREMELY recommended!!! If I'm not positive about someone I keep my mouth shut, haha...anyone who knows me knows that's almost an impossible feat but I honestly wouldn't say unless I as well as others I know extremely well have used these contractors with NO issues at all, just fair pricing & also all around good guys!!
