They have 3 doctors and are all awesome. Dr. Mahon is the doctor who heard something unusual with Man's heart and sent us to the pediatric cardiologist. Call me if you want to know more about them. They have about 4 or 5 MD/DO's, plus a number of Physician's Assistants - they also have Saturday hours and are open until 7 a lot of days (hours I'm giving are Montville). Testing at Chilton might be a pain but having your baby at Chilton is a dream. The maternity department is awesome. I use associates in women's healthcare. Dr. Mohammed, but all the Drs in the group are really nice.

Second Dr. Weidman. Awesome, doesn't sugar coat things and explains everything in layman's terms. Only 10 minutes away in F. Lakes and out of Valley Hospital

Dr Weidman delivered my girls several years ago and I would highly recommend him. Back then he was out of Wyckoff. Valley Hospital was wonderful for all three births!

Thank you for all the suggestions! I go to associates in women's healthcare now and I have to say I am truly disappointed. In my 7 months of a patient I have seen Dr. Domnitz once. I did bring that to their attention and I was told they are short staffed.I have had trouble with chilton mfm since day one. After being told 3 times I'm def having a girl (the last time by a chilton dr) I am now told I am having a boy w possible defects (this was fri). I went back to chilton yesterday as requested and the dr was rude and have me 15 mins and said that they still can't tell and told us "some babies are born as both male and female". To top it all off my Drs at associates have not even contacted me or reviewed and tried to weigh in on this situation. I will be getting a second opionon and i refuse to deal w this stress any longer.

Dr. Scian. I had been to several offices before them and was unsatisfied. I initially chose them because I wanted an office that didn't do abortions, but I have been very happy there. They were great during a very nerve-wracking pregnancy and difficult delivery. I would not go anywhere else.

I have to weigh in on the Scians here. John Scian is a good doctor...he delivered my first son. However, I left his practice because of Dr. Joe. He was so inappropriate that I left Dr. John because of him. I now go to Associates for Women's Healthcare in Wayne. Dr. Domnitz is good but I prefer Dr. Newman. She's a riot.

Fwiw, I used to go to Dr. Domnitz and he was wonderful. I was unhappy with the way the office handled my miscarriage. He himself was very nice, but the office overall was very insensitive.

Go to Hackensack. Dr Alvarez'a group or dr. Al-khan are amazing. They are the heads of ob and perinatology. If you are looking at a situation where your baby may need extra care you should go to a hospital that has a great NICU, hackensacks is truly state of the art. Morristown also has a good NICU, I like Dr Garfinkel, one to one female care but hes not high risk. Good luck!

Another vote for Dr. Scian. Dr. John is kind and compassionate and you never feel rushed. The staff is great as well.

I thought Dr. Bock's office was not the same as Capio's? Our insurance company has them at different addresses. I was wondering what Dr. Bock's hours are like because our insurance has only him and one other doctor listed for their office. Hoping to find a doctor that I don't have to always run to the ER on off hours for stuff like a simple throat culture. Also hoping for s doctor that has decent enough office hours that I don't have to visit on off hours too often in the first place.

He is very nice and cautious -- and even though my shoulder could have surgery -- it was a 50/50 it wouldn't take and he did NOT recommend the surgery. I was thankful he was on the cautious side and not the anxious to surgery side. While is laid back and quiet, I have full faith in having him as my orthopeadic doctor. Plus he works out of area hospitals. Valley, St. Joes and I believe Chilton. THE DOWNSIDE is he doesn't take isurance (I have Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield)
