We used Bert at Seagate for our last two inspections. Very thorough and professional - he took the time to outline all issues and provided detailed explanations; we ended up pulling our offer on a house we were in love with and finding another.

Also here to seagate was not good the inspector missed several costly problems ac was tilted the wrong direction causing water to drip through the ceiling for example.
