Is there a specific area of Toledo you’re looking at? Because a realtor from Perrysburg, for example, probably isn’t the best recommendation if you’re looking in Oregon.

Linda Sloan! She's with key? I believe now. She's hands down one of the most professional people I've dealt with. She's not super pushy and actually listens to what you're interested in. We bought our house in Sylvania with her. She still brings us gifts for the holidays (Easter, spring, Halloween, etc) 3 years later. :)

I will recommend Catherine Gee-Robinson at Equity Resources as an amazing lender. She will get you a great rate and close you faster than anyone else in the business. I’ve had bad realtors, but it didn’t matter because Catherine was amazing.
