I take nasonex for hayfever and sinusitis but it doesnt work as good if I dont use fess spray (its a saline spray you can get over the counter. Like a wash if you use a few sprays in each nostril). If I get lazy with both I end up needing antibiotics. Sinusitis is awful! So painful and sometimes debilitating. I see Dr Treagus at Applecross medical group.
