Janelle R. replied:
For an osteopath I can recommend David Bennett at www.healingtreeosteopathy.com.au he works closely with children and could be worth a chat with him to see if this therapy is right for your daughter. Good luck.

I take nasonex for hayfever and sinusitis but it doesnt work as good if I dont use fess spray (its a saline spray you can get over the counter. Like a wash if you use a few sprays in each nostril). If I get lazy with both I end up needing antibiotics. Sinusitis is awful! So painful and sometimes debilitating. I see Dr Treagus at Applecross medical group. He suffers from sinusitis too so knows all about it. And tinnitis too! Good luck x

Would you be interested in a herbal remedy considering the health benefits for such a young person? I can recommend Herbalife products which have proven to help with sinus and allergy issues. Have a look at my webpage www.yvettehobbs.herbalhub.com.au or inbox me for further info and I'd love to help

Bree M. replied:
I encourage your friend to reach out to John Polley, Physical Therapist/Movement Coach based in North Beach. John will help your friend identify what is the real cause of the pain and restriction (likely not in the ankle) as well as work with your friend to improve movement and mobility in a very cool fascial line/whole body approach. https://www.facebook.com/Be-free-movement-lifestyle-wellness-141613809554127/

Chiropractic is not a medical practice. Universities do not provide it as a degree because it is not backed by science and it is unsafe. After you go once or twice, you have to keep going more and more often to relieve the pain in your joints. I have seen this many times including my mother who will get excruciating pain in her neck and her only relief is getting back to the Chiro. The answer to your question is Physiotherapy. Although there are many misconceptions in the health and fitness realm, it is not hard to understand the facts presented to us. I have done all the research for you. Now it is up to you. Everything you need to reach your goal is included at The Knowledge Thirsty Athlete . I find this topic controversial. Hence, Chiropractic as a form of physical recovery or rehabilitation will be a topic covered in the near future.

I have a huge needle phobia too. If they're good they should just be able to use a little metal rod instead of the needles? Works just the same. I used to see a guy called Michael who was AMAZING but has moved over east I'm pretty sure. I thiiiiink it's called Tao Acupuncture in Subi, and the people there are great! Otherwise I find acupuncture just stresses me out cos I'm so tense about having needles in me, so I swear by my Physio! X
