T - not a physio or chiro - but I did preggie Pilates at the Perth Pilates Centre in North Perth and it really helped my back so much. Also great for pelvic muscle strengthening and breathing.

P: I work at Noah's Ark Toy Library in Morley. (for kids with special needs). We run a storytime session for our members on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It's not a formal playgroup, but kind of turns into one! There's different activities each week. You're welcome to come and try a session to see if it suits, and then join as a member.

Medicare wont help you with a Physiotherapist unfortunately, only Private Health Insurance will cover it. To get medicare to cover it you would need to go to A&E. It's been my experience that sometimes a physio can aggravate the problem, however Peter Sullivan is one of the best and he will give you strengthening exercises to ensure you learn to self manage your problem. There are two with this name the one in Wembley is the one but you will have a bit of a wait.
