How is it that JM selected Camblos as his attorney? Was it a lawyer referral or was he recommended to JM by someone? Did JM have prior dealings with Camblos? Reading...

Dena Camblos is a very good defense attorney. Good defense attorney's typically do not ask their client if they committed the crime. Camblos cannot lie to the judge, so he's not going to ask his client.
Dena, Claudette, I FINALLY found the answer! "Virginia's version of Rule 1.6 is not quite as broad in scope as ABA Model Rule 1.6. Virginia's rule protects a client's "confidences," i.e., information protected under the ACP and "secrets" any other information which either the client has requested be kept confidential or which, if disclosed, would be "detrimental or embarrassing to the client." http://ethicsguru.blogspot.com/2009/07/ethical-duty-of-confidentiality-and.html

In my personal experience with Family Court, you get as much JUSTICE as you can AFFORD. And the cases on the media's scope seem to prove it in Criminal Court over and over again... AHH the price of creating "REASONABLE DOUBT " yep, you get what you can afford.
Evelyn, go to http://www.lawdepot.com/contracts/wills......You can pull up and read these Legal forms. They will print in names, etc. for you. This is FREE (but only for 7 days, I think) If you do not cancel within the given time then they will bill you (I think about $30.00 per month) Give it a try, you can pull up and read several different contracts and legal forms, but don't forget to cancel within the given time. Consider just the Living Will Agreement - that may be all you need.

Print out the Power of Attorney form, you and Frank should sign it -- might be a good idea to have it Notorized and filed with Chesterfield Co.
