Hansrote is not affiliated w CHOP. however he does refer to CHOP when he belueves interventions ate needed. He has been Jacob's cardiologist since I was 26 wks pregnant. He is fantastic however we are switching to CHOP bc he is not affiliated w CHOP and everytime Jake goes for procedures w need Dr. Hansrote clearance. I can say he is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable however he does not go into details.

ABC Peds is wonderful and Dr. Gupta and/or Dr. Hansrote at the Children's Heart Center in Allentown are exceptional local cardiologists.

Cldnt agree more with Lisa! Just a side note, Dr. Schachtner is no longer seeing patients@king of Prussia, just main hospital.

Dr. Susan Schachtner at CHOP is wonderful. Thorough, and excellent with communication, responds to emails and calls very promptly. My son is 5 and has had her since birth. She sees patients at the main hospital and King of Prussia.
