I've had mixed experiences at Rothman. I've had hamstring pain that was misdiagnosed for 14 months until I went to see Dr Casey at Drexel last month. And Jordan at Excel on Walnut was the first person to suspect my leg back was actually originating in my back.

I went to massage therapy school in Philadelphia, at that time it was called Pennsylvania School of Massage Therapy, it is now Cordova Institute, they should have LMT who are trained in sports massage and would have access to PT as well. Good luck!

I go to a Sports Medicine office in Weston. South FL Sports Institute. My knee Dr is Alfred DeSimone and Back Dr is Mark Fishman. They have a Dr in the office for all parts! I LOVE THEM!

Kris Balgaard at Viverant (PT) changed my world with his skills. I would highly recommend him esp if you'd like to avoid drugs & surgery if possible. So sorry! Back issues suck.
