If you want to transfer him between chairs than you could use a patient lift or a ergotrans harness. In my case we could not use the lift because the sling of the lift was not appropriate. But i will suggest that you can go for ergotrans harness. It is available in US. I am also nowdays trying to buy this harness http://www.assistedtransfer.com/
