There is a holistic dentist down street from my office, Dr Lisa Butler. I don't know her personally, and can't speak to if she is affordable, but Dr Margolis is all the way in Mesa, expensive, and I have met him personally and don't like him.

My husbands a chiro who specializes in allergies (food/environmental) thru applied kinesiology and only treats holistically. He works mostly with adults but also treats kids.
