I got my intraocular contacts implanted at Barnett Dulaney Perkins like 5 years ago. I'm still happy with them. They cost around $2 k per eye. http://www.goodeyes.com/

Dr. Cassidy at Moretsky & Cassidy did mine in 2006. They were very good. Also, a good friend of mine's wife did her rotations with them and was very impressed. I'd go back to them.

I considered it a number of years ago Barnet Dulaney was top choice

Dr. Perkins at Barnet Dulaney Perkins, he did my ICLs - better than LASIK!
Jason W. replied:
I had mine done in at the Laser Vision Institute in Phoenix 12 years ago. The Dr. had done over 10,000 procedures. The package I went with I get lifetime adjustments for $50.00 at any LVI in the country.

Keri D. replied:
Eric Lee-I was told by one Dr. (the one that recommended LASIK) that I have nice thick corneas, perfect candidate for LASIK, said my eyes were of the "vanilla" type of candidate. The Dr. that recommended PRK said: When we map your corneas, we find that the top portion has a flatter curvature than the bottom portion is more steep or tighter in curvature. PRK is the treatment of choice for you because it does a much more efficient job of smoothing out irregularities and curvature differences between the top and bottom portions of the cornea

I had my done at Lasik Plus, the Scottsdale location on FLW. They were professional, everything went smooth, and 6 years later I still have fantastic vision.

I did mine with [Dr. Campion](http://www.sweye.com/michael-campion-md-ophthalmologist-phoenix.htm) at [Southwestern Eye](http://sweye.com/). ~$3000 back in 2012 and I'm still going strong.

I would strongly recommend Dr Brems, of the [Brems Eye Center](http://www.drbrems.com/). I was looking into LASIK and ICL a few years ago, and was totally unimpressed with the overall quality and slipshod attitude I encountered at every place I checked out (one place even vetted me using the wrong exams for ICL, and tried to play it off as if they didn't need to bother doing the correct ones to really assess me!). Dr Brems was in contrast totally awesome. He is not only an excellent surgeon, but is dedicated both to his job and to making his patients comfortable and ensuring they know everything they need. Probably what impressed me most was a minor question I left with the reception desk on my way out of a consultation visit on a Friday that he called me up personally on Saturday morning to discuss and make sure I understood. He's been my eye doctor ever since, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care and personal concern on his part. FYI, if you have a high prescription I'd very much recommend ICL over LASIK. Far fewer side effects, totally reversible, upgradeable, procedure is 20min and the recovery time is 0 with only some antibiotic eyedrops for a week for after-care. Down side is that it's twice as much as LASIK, but for me it was well worth it given the drawbacks both for LASIK in general and for high prescriptions in particular.

Dr. Hollenbach can check your eyes but can't do the LASIK. Dr. Petelin can do LASIK for you. Ask to see Yvette and tell her you know me (I used to work there) if you go to Hollenbach. Hollenbach rents her space from Dr. Petelin.

I like Brianna Riolo Anderson's suggestion! Scwartz Laser Eye Center was amazing and I wish I did it 10 years ago. I'm now 6 months out from surgery and have loved every second of no dry contacts or worrying about taking them out or leaving them in, etc. Best dollars I ever spent!
