Hands down, the Zoneez guys! They are the 'go to' power washers and window cleaners in Arcadia, PV and Biltmore. They provide their services at my house at least once/quarter and have done half of my friends and neighbors' houses. Couldn't go wrong with these guys...coolest trucks, punctual, best equipment and they care about the world (check out the socks they wear). Their website is really cool too....www.zoneez.com. Call them at 602-300-6229. Good luck with the party!

Cats Claw is a pretty amazing vine that thrives and once planted, is hard to get rid of or kill. If it gets too thick, cut it down and it'll grow again quickly. Pretty yellow blossom and is green year round. Our entire east facing back wall is this and we love it! It grows over and down the backside of our wall too, but we have an alley. A mock orange hedge would take more room as it would be planted right next to the wall. Easy care and minimal trimming each year but rich green in color. If you're near Treeland in chandler, they have this hedge on the south side of the building. You can trim it to any height and it's beautiful. I've done Texas mountain laurels as a climbing vine/hedge of sorts and was very pretty but needed wire support attached to the wall. It also needed treatment for a little creature that liked to munch on the leaves! Climbing roses are pretty, using the espalier method with wire support, but depends on how patient you are as you have to keep it tied, trimmed and supported! A pomegranate tree would even take more patience as it does grow pretty wild and irregular, is deciduous and gets messy. I don't think it would work well. Grapes would be more for a garden type area because it needs wires along the wall for support and the leaves are gone a good portion of the year. But, when they are viable - it's a very lush look. Creeping fig takes some time to root and take off and does better with less direct sun. Also gets woody. One of my all time favorite hedges I've planted was with a hopseed shrub. Grows quickly, takes hot sun, even a west facing wall. You can trim it to whatever depth you like and whatever height. We kept ours at about 8 feet and was a good privacy screen from neighbors. The mock orange hedge is also a great privacy screen. My daughters backyard is lined with the mock orange and it's looks lush year round! So yes, I do have some opinions and lots of experience with hedges - covering up ugly walls!
