It depends if you're buying quite a bit of the same items at the same time. If you are, consider subscribing to The Briefing from the Dallas Morning News. It's free and you'll get paper coupons in the Saturday edition. If your family or friends do not coupon, ask them to subscribe to it as well and save their coupons for you. http://res.dallasnews.com/briefing/. Before my kids grew up and moved out we couponed quite a bit. So much so I began a local FB group for weekly grocery lists. Each week I post the best deals from each store ad. I don't coupon anymore but I still post the list. I'll share the page if you'd like. I don't make $ off the page. It's just a free service I offer to others trying to make ends meet.
