Where to sell high-end furniture? Hello, I live on the north shore and recently inherited an absolutely beautiful, hand-made solid cherry bed frame and dresser set....

First off, it doesn't really matter what your relative bought them for 20 years ago. In general, wood furniture depreciates significantly in value from the moment you buy it, even really great quality stuff.
Do you know the name of the furniture maker? Look for a signature around the bottom of the dresser drawers, etc. Some makers will buy their pieces back for some fraction of the cost or can suggest a dealer who might be interested in selling a secondhand piece for you. They'd rather you not devalue their work by selling it on Craigslist for almost nothing.
An alternative is to look for an upscale furniture consignor, though there are disappointingly few options in the Boston area. Or look for someone local who runs high end estate sales - sometimes they'll take on one or two things if they think they can make enough commission.
If all else fails, don't be afraid to try Facebook Marketplace. I know someone who sold a dining room table by a niche, expensive maker on there for over $1k. There are high income people buying on there.

I recently used https://www.furnitureconsignment.com/ (I think it was their Natick location I contacted) to sell some pieces I inherited that had been bought from Arhaus and Crate & Barrel. I am happy with the outcome -- even though they ended up with a bigger slice of the pie than I did (for example you pay fees for them to pick up the items, and fees for them to inventory the items) -- but the process was super easy and much better than trying to find buyers myself.

High end consignment shops would probably take it, but do not expect to get anywhere near the purchase price for it. If you have to sell it quickly then don't expect much, if you can hold on to it in storage then do so.
