I'm not sure that's possible. That adhesive is pretty strong and removing the old laminate would damage the wood so it would not be a smooth even surface to put the new onto. Plus it would be labor intensive. It's probably cheaper to manufacture new counter tops and door and drawer fronts. Kitchen Fair in Allison Park/Glenshaw manufactures Formica counter tops (I think). They may be able to tell you if what you want to do is possible or if they can laminate over the existing Formica.
