Karen Konopaski Anderson (Steve) it seems to be somewhere in the mainline as the water will drain but slowly. Seems to affect both the toilet and bathtub. Access to the sewer line is right below the bathroom (small storage/cellar space is accessed from outside). Could be right above or below the access point. Hard to say.

Steve here.... I would love to help you out and I do have a hand snake... but, it would be a gamble if it would work for your situation. To save you time and money, I think it would be in your best interest to call Olympic Sewer & Drain. If you want to talk it over, I'm near my phone, give me a call.:)
