Mimi...and anyone else...try the Lower Elwha Clinic on Hiway 101 W. Wonderful people. I've never had a complaint. They took me when no one else in town would. At the time I didn't have health insurance. Probably more tickled now that I have medicare and secondary. lol My PA is Hollie Kaufman and think she's just great.

I haven't gone to him and dont know much, but everyone really seem to like Dr. Raj Deol. He is new to the area as well and is taking new patients. All the good doc arent taking new ones. I think he works at that new clinic downtown PA. I myself am looking for a doc and might check him out. I am going to Jamestown right now, and really like the ARNP names lisa something. She is great.

Sequim Medical Associates recently had a ad in the PDN saying Dr. Hobbs and Dr. Swanson we're accepting new patients. Hobbs is my husbands doctor and Swanson is mine. We love our doctors!

North Olympic Healthcare Network - formerly Family Medicine. West end of downtown. Supposedly got new docs recently and was going to start taking on new patients.

What Deana said, but I'm not sure if they're still accepting new patients. If you do get in, Dr. Lubinski is awesome, though. And I'm assuming her husband probably is, too. Haha

Denise Harman the important thing is to get on waiting lists, the wait can be 6-12 months. Call Tricare and find out who takes them around here. You may in a worse case scenario have to go to Silverdale/Bremerton/Seattle. There's a Walk-in Clinic in Sequim through Olympic Medical Center in Sequim too.

Olympic Medical Center. Call them and tell them you're military and they will find you someone in their practice that is accepting new patients. That's what I had to do.:)

I go to the Elwha Clinic also. They do take families. They can usually get you in the same day appts.

Don't think the Childrens Clinic will accept you though. lol Some missed the and I part. I go to Dr Clancy not sure if he sees kids though, but Dr Addison if you are looking for both kids and yourself.

Not to be nosey, but if having insurance is an issue, try either the Lower Elwha clinic on highway 101 or Jamestown clinic in Sequim. Both are always looking for new patients. Yes, open to all. The Lower Elwha clinic is quick to get you in and wonderful staff. I do go there.:)

I have a 19 month old daughter and she's been seen at the Peninsula's children clinic since she was only a few days old. We love Dr Weller! As for me. I go to north olympic healthcare network and see Benjamin Curran. I recommend him! He's also a family doctor as well.

Good Luck! We moved here in August and the Jamestown clinic in sequim tried to make me wait 11 weeks before I could get an apt even though I was 9 weeks pregnant. I got in at north Olympic health care but it still took 6 weeks even with them expediting the process.

North Olympic Health Care downtown. Even if you can't see a dr., you can always see a nurse practitioner.
