I need to find a nutritionist that's either free or really cheap for some advice on doing a half elemental diet with Crohn's Disease. Any suggestions??
Julie A. replied:
Not sure if he works with Krohn's, but I would recommend Jim Williams at William's Wellness in Port Huron. Let me know if you want a phone number.

Here is a great report on Chron's disease: http://www.mad-cow.org/00/paraTB.html
Charity F. replied:
Dr John Herman Taylor(heard he was good from a friend in GR. Have no idea if this helps.
Can anyone please tell me how I can contact an outpatient registered dietitian? (Please review comments before responding) I am an RN. Hospitals do not provide referrals...
Cindy O. replied:
Mine is through U of M in Ann Arbor at Dominion Farms sorry to far away for you.
Sue W. replied:
Dr Columbo from physician health care found us one. She is on staff in his office
Becky B. replied:
Women's Wellness Place at McLaren has one on staff. You just need a referral/order from your doctor.
Laurie P. replied:
I believe Dr. Mullally on Stone Street had one working there on Tuesday's... And I believe the Bariatric Surgery center at McLaren has one too
I am trying to get a little guidance. Does anyone see a dietary nutritionist, and if so, who?
That can bill insurance. I cant seem to find one in the area.
