My 'adopted' daughter has 2 adopted children born of drug addicted bio moms. Her son has ADHD and ODD, both apparently from the drugs his bio mom used. She uses Tender Care Pediatrics in New Haven. She has been very happy with the physicians there. I believe It is a pretty specialized field.

Dr. Nandi (both Nandi's) is amazing! They run in the physician healthcare buildings. Dr. Grace is my favorite, but I see the Nandi's when Grace isn't open. You can't go wrong with any of them!!

I think Dr. Grace is absolutely wonderful!!!! She's by far the best Dr I ever seen. And I've seen a lot of doctors!! Trust me, she's the best way to go!!

I agree with all the recommendations for Dr. Barnes. In my experience she has always been very patient and attentive to my daughter's needs. She will call you on her personal time to make sure your child is doing ok and she doesn't push antibiotics and is just overall a very good doctor in my opinion.

We love Dr. Pasia and her NP Randy, the office staff is also amazing

Dr Barnes is wonderful my kids love her and shes very very informative also if heaven forbid your child has any other problems she does not hesitate to send them to a specialist immediatly. She also calls you on weekends from her home if you are waiting on test results or to check up on your child

We switched from CHC also and go to Lighthouse Family Medicine. My kids see his PA Jenni Giles and we love her, she's amazing

Our family doctor is Dr Sommerville at Wadhams family care. I switched my kids from Childrens Healthcare too. My daughter has a couple minor medical problems & he does everything he can for her and our family. He takes care of everyone from birth to geriatrics

How old is your daughter? You don't have to see a child behavioral specialist. My son sees Dr. Pasia. Her office is behind Mcleran Port Huron Hoapital..

We've used both Dr Barnes, and Dr Sarah Pasia... both excellent Doctors, we love them both! Dr Barnes has a pretty long wait most of the time (unless things have changed in the past few years), but we always get right in at Dr Pasia's office smile emoticon

Mallory, dr grace is with chc but is amazing. You want a specialist opinion on adhd, making sure that is the problem and not being put on meds for no reason. Dr Grace is who I see and wouldn't trust anyone else with my son. She only refers the best specialist.

I worked for Dr Barnes for 4 years and she is an amazing doctor and just an overall caring individual! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

In my opiion Dr. Peitro cavataio and antonio coloumbo are 2 of the best they are bit away on 26 mile rd. They are excellent at diagnostics and don't mess around when it comes to treatment.

At the end of the day, it's your decision to seek a dx and your decision how to treat. Just know there are many different ways to treat adhd symtoms. Accommodations through a 504 at school is sometimes enough, and if not enough, helpful anyway. Feingol d diet is a popular treatment for adhd, especially young kids, because it works! I'm my opinion Dr. Grace at Children's Health Care in Marysville. She's great, she remembers patience, she will refer you to a specialist if she feels that they could give you a better answer than she could. She really is awesome, I don't think she's taking new patience right now though.

I think our second choice would be Dr Barnes, I hear lots of good things as well

Dr.Zmiejko (sp?) In East China is amazing. Has incredibly caring and actually listens to you. He also doesn't push meds and trays more natural remedies. My son was so excited when the Dr said to give him dark chocolate for a cough he had from a cold. My oldest son also has a ton of health issues and he's always been awesome about sending him to a new specialist if the need arises. He's actually a Dr that cares about his patients.

Dr Barnes in PH! We moved 6 weeks after our son was born but we started seeing her when he was 2.5 weeks... she is AMAZING! She is relaxed on immunizations (we follow a schedule other than that of the APA), her staff is so friendly, and I never have a problem getting either of my children in.

We really like Dr. Zmiejko in East China! He has been around for years and know his stuff. And I agree that he does not push antibiotics if they are not necessary. My daughter is almost 2 and has only been on antibiotics one time for a UTI.

I like Zmiejko a lot! I'd still continue to take my daughter there, but we just switched insurances..so we switched to Dr. Eastman & Vempati on 23 Mile Rd, inside of Henry Ford.

Dr zmeijko is awesome. I believe he has even won awards. Without going into personal detail, when my son was born almost 26 yrs ago he was premature and very sick. Dr Zmeijko was the Dr on call, he knew exactly what was wrong. He was born with a virus that most Drs never heard of! There was a reason we were meant to have Dr Zmeijko that night. And even tho my son is 26 he still sees him!:)

We started using Pediatric Clinic PC by the Kroger in New Baltimore. Doctor Abiragi is the main doc but there’s many of them there so ones always on staff! We have been seeing Doctor Nicole Beliveau and we love her. Son is 1.5 mo old and vaccine delayed can be discussed!!

Dr. Christopher Borgiel has been my kids and MI physician for over 15 years. Good guy to work with, willing to listen, ask questions that challenge him and doesn't push his agenda unless you really want him too. He's in the Fort Gratiot med building up stairs. The office even keeps appoints open for walk-ins so you don't have to go the the clinic for a sick kid.

Dr. Hemalata Nandi, the female one with Dr. Grace at Children's Healthcare in Marysville is great. She supports extended breastfeeding, blw, doesn't lecture on co-sleeping, supports vaccine choice, and is intact knowledgeable.

We go to Dr Doshi in Yale. She is a family Dr, but also specializes in internal medicine & pediatrics. She's who diagnosed Autumn when no one else could. Shes wonderful. And I'm pretty sure she takes tricare. Her number is 810-387-4271 if u want to call. There's also a VA dr/clinic in Yale just down the rd from her- Dr McPhilimy. I think he's just a family/VA dr, tho. But he is also opening a second office in Lexington.

I have tricare prime remote hard to find doctors in the area that take it. However Dr Mullally for a adult is good and Dr Barns for the kiddo is good. They both accept my Truckee and seem to be on the same page as me. Both located in port Huron
