Vincent S. replied:
Stacey Devaux, thank you very much for your kind words. We are trying to do something different with the way people are treated when they seek care for their health. It is unfortunate the industry has made people feel like cattle moving through a system that requires high volumes in limited time. Fusion wants to bring back the old school core values of spending time with patients and making them feel comfortable as well as involve them in their care. We also believe that patients need to be respected as well not made to wait hours for their appointment. We are going back tot the roots of healthcare and putting the patient first. If we can answer any questions or would like to make an appointment, please don't hesitate to contact us. 631-320-7503. Visit our website www.fusioncare.us or our Facebook page.

Colleen H. replied:
Dr. Vincent sperandeo is excellent!! He treats you as a person and listens to your concerns. He has done such great things for my husband and I. It's so nice not to be just a chart. The best part is I have had my sonograms and bloodwork done right in his office. His wife is also really awesome too!
Colleen H. replied:
I met Dr. Vinny on an emergency basis. I had gone to a fundraiser on a Saturday night about 8 months ago.I felt an explosion in my right ear and I instantly went deaf. I woke up the next morning beyond scared. I found his number and called him. He called me back within a minute and met me at his office 30 minutes later. (Who does that on a Sunday, especially because I was not a established patient) He kept in contact with my ENT throughout the process. He also researched hyperbaric therapy, something the ENT never mentioned. He took it upon himself to call the ENT and discuss where she said it was a great idea. Because of his care, proactive response and dedication, I was able to get some hearing back in my ear. I can't thank him enough.

I have also been with Mid Suffolk for over 10 years (Mt. Sinai office) and they are wonderful, you will always get an appt when your child is sick. I would highly recommend them!
Julia Y. replied:
Carol - there are people who prefer one doctor and there are some that will see any of them. We do our best to accommodate when we can. It's always a good idea to see everyone at least once so the doctors are all familiar with your child. We call ourselves the Friendly Medical group and we really are a nice small group. I have been there for about 16 years and I consider them my family. I have watched these children grow up. A boy came in today for his immunization record so he can go to kindergarten. I couldn't believe it I remember the first day he came to us like it was yesterday. If you call and have a sick kid we will see them even if it means we are there late. It's very rare that we would make you wait till the next day. We are very accommodating - sometimes too much.
Glennis C. replied:

I have the highest regard for Dr Ana Schwartz@that practice. One day one of my kids had an issue. We brought her in to the office. Dr Schwartz didn't have an answer. 11:00 PM she called our house and said she spent hours researching it at home. Gane us a probable diagnoses! She was 100% on target,
