I was just going to say East Coast Pest Control. They are awesome & very reasonable. Tell them Krissy sent u. We just found black widow spider in our garage last Weds & he drove up to Palm Coast Fri. Morning to spray everything. He found 4 more black widow spiders & we have 2 small children. Very thankful they came so quick to help & at a great price.

Very normal for Florida. They are called Palmetto Bugs down here. It took me forever not to completely freak out when I saw one after I moved from CT. It doesn't reflect on your cleanliness.

I'm from New York and was unsettled to see 'bugs' in my home in Florida, but this IS Florida and it's creeping with live things. You'll find palmetto bugs, lizards, frogs, ants, etc., in your home from time to time, especially after a good rain. Those cockroaches you see are probably just palmetto bugs getting out of the storm. Dave's Pest Control, Ryan's Pest Control, Massey -- they are all quality outfits. They can come in and spray/leave traps, then come back all year to retreat if you happen to see more bugs. If you can (and have the stomach), save one of your dead cockroaches to show the bug man so he can plan his attack. Good Luck!

Daves Pest Control!!! American roaches, aka Palmetto Bugs are normal to see time to time, esp if get a lot of rain. German roaches not normal....you transferred them in somehow. Be careful where you shop, they like glue in plastic bags and boxes. Don't shop appliances at thrifty stores/good will either ....hide in coils.

The small cockroaches, I say NO, it's not normal. The BIG Palmetto bugs, yes that is normal, especially if you have Palm trees in your yard - they love those! We spray around the outside of our house once a year and that helps a LOT. Don't hardly see them inside any more.

Aarons Pest Control is great! I pay monthly $28 they come out every three months but if there are any issues I call them and they come out and treat the inside for free!
