If it's an existing deadbolt, you should be able to change it out yourself. There are two screws on the side of the door and two on the locking side...that's pretty much it. Here's a good video that shows how to do it yourself, if you're interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jb6 qZs9E9UE

I'm pretty sure you can't go to a store to get a key made if you don't have one to copy. Belfair Bob has good prices and he's a cool guy, but not sure if he goes to Port Orchard. He'd probably know who you should contact though.
