You can find contractors that do what you need at the Home Builders Association of Kitsap County (www. Kitsaphba.Com).@home page click on "Find a Member" & then search by decks or by concrete. no matter who you hire or who reccomends them, make sure you verify their registration status with Labor & Industries. If you hire an illegal contractor you are exposing yourself to potentially a bad situation. Best wishes for your project.
