Can anyone recommend a restaurant in Tampa that serves really good Crab Enchilado?

Check out Good Earth Meat & Seafood, they have blue crab as well as many other options. Making it yourself is the only way to go. 411 food.net

Cacciatore' Meat market has a fairly good frozen crab sauce. We've used it several times but added additional sautéed onion green pepper and a little bit of crab seasoning to it and it works.
I think I remember Pappas having a restaurant in a boat under the Platt St. Bridge or the Lafayette St. Bridge. Does anyone remember this?

Really weird, googled Pappas trying to find out if there were any history of a restaurant in a Tampa and he just died. His funeral was today. They sold the restaurant in tarpon Springs in 1990. There are two Pappas Market Restaurants in the Tampa area but they are not owned by the Pappas family, But an associate of the family. Those restaurants were opened around 2001 and are not any where near the Hillsborough River
