Jeff Glidden, had a friend go to a Dr. Phillips in Scarborough. He didn't review any of his medical records but issued a card after initial consultation. It did cost him $250 for the visit though. Since then, there are a number of other Health Care Providers doing the same. My wife is exploring the process of becoming a "Licensed Caregiver".
